  Returns/Shipping

We have a 0-day return policy, which means you have 0 days after receiving your item to request a return (for product purchased price). Some exclusions may apply to new, unopened, and limited supply products. On Day 0 there will be a 15-20% Restocking fee will be applied from full purchase price. 

 

***SUPERCHARGERS RETURN POLICY:

​

                   Returns of new, unused product must be pre-approved by ATI/ProCharger/WHIPPLE/ECT. A 20% restocking fee will apply to part orders, and a 12.5% restocking fee will apply to supercharger systems. Supercharger systems returned with the factory seal intact are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. No C.O.D or Freight Collect shipments will be accepted by ATI. Used, damaged, special order or discontinued items may not be returned.

 

**Apparel returns and exchanges:

 

                   May be made for a different size as long as the item is in new condition. Shipping charges apply. An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number must be assigned by ATI for all returns and must be displayed in clear view on the outside of the package and be contained in all correspondence.

No returns are accepted after 0 days. Returns for electrical and fuel components are limited to 0 days. All returns subject to processing and restocking fees (15% on items in new condition in opened mfg. packaging).

                    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Due to the massive number of packages shipped during the holiday season or anytime during the year, we cannot guaranty that your order will be on time. There may be a delay. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are no responsible at all. We are not responsible for it being late, lost or stolen. We do not ship or process orders on Saturday or Sunday. it will be processed the following business day.
